General terms

You must be 18 or older to commission me.
I have full rights to decline your commission.
I will send you WIP (work in progress) sketches for you to approve before I move on to finalizing the piece (I will not continue until you approve, and don't be shy the sketching phase is there for you to make changes).
I retain the right to post the work and process recordings, if asked I'll keep the commission secret until a certain date.
My delivery time is estimate (life happens, I will contact you if needed).
Should there be any reason I cannot finish a piece, I will offer you the work that I have done for the price it would be with a refund for the remainder of work not completed.

Payment

All prices are in euros. An invoice(via Paypal) will be sent after I have approved of the commission.
Payments must be made in full before I start the commission unless agreed otherwise. Depending on the size of the commission, payment plans can be considered.
Extra may be charged for any changes to the concept agreed on after confirmation (depending on the scale of the change).
If you are not satisfied with the piece I will not give refunds or redo the piece, however, if I have missed minor details that have already been agreed to and you would like me to add them in, I will do my best to do so.

Credit/Usage

You may not claim my artwork as your own, trace, or heavily reference my work.
You have to credit me as the creator of the commissioned art.
You may not resell my artwork, or use it commercially without the proper agreement.
My work may not be used in any blockchain-related technology. This includes NFTs, cryptocurrency, or future inventions of the sort.
My work may not be used for AI.
You may not post the full-size file online.
Without Commercial rights, you can print the commission for your personal use only.

Commercial Use

Refund/Cancelation fees

You can get a FULL REFUND only if I have not started on the commission.
Depending on the progress of the work all orders are final and you will only be refund partially (15% 25% 50% etc)
